Far be it from us to give lip service to a chain, however, it is blogworthy to note that there is a new po' boy in town. We recently tried the oyster po' boy at Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken with sides of greens and dirty rice. Crunchy white bread with fried oysters and a fabulous tangy sauce- how could you go wrong? The greens were delicious and the dirty rice had just the right amount of heat. Is this the kind of place you linger in to soak up the atmosphere? NO. However, if you have a po'boy craving and are near the State Fairgrounds, pick up a to go order.
