Hell's Kitchen

Yesterday, fellow blogger Kirsten over at Middle West Meals talked about the Roadfood.com website which happens to be one of our favorite sites too. Jane and Michael Stern are behind it and, during a radio interview last year, they introduced us to one of our favorite, and most unusual, treats. There is a restaurant in Minneapolis called Hell's Kitchen and they make this amazing sausage bread. It is made out of bison sausage, spices, currants, pecans and coffee. It is a wonderfully intricate taste sensation. It is amazing on its own but it seems to come even more alive when you spread some of the Hell's Kitchen Homemade peanut butter on it. We've never been to this restaurant in Minneapolis but we have ordered from their website and we are darn glad that they ship their unique foods.
