We're planning on a busy few weeks of doing blogworthy things from our list of things to see and places to eat. We're making our way to the inevitable end of our blogging in August because:
A.sometimes we don't want to spend the weekend worrying if we've done anything blogworthy
B.because sometimes we want to go back to restaurants that we love instead of feeling like we have to go somewhere that we haven't posted about before.
So, we'll try to cover as much as we can in the next few weeks.

The end? Seriously? Couldn't you just go to a once-a-month schedule or something?
I can't tell you how many times I have visited something because of your suggestions, this will be a HUGE loss to me personally. Would you consider keeping this blog alive, and taking on contributors? Is there an existing Indy blog that you could contribute to occasionally? Or could one be started? I would consider contributing, though my submissions would be nowhere near as insightful as yours.
Wow! I'll be sorry to see you go. WYA is one of my must-read blogs. But I do understand how time-consuming it can be.
Maybe you could just occasionally post?
Thanks for everything!
Tom B.
Wow you guys, we're overcome. We'll ponder less frequent posts. We're just have all or nothing kind of tendencies but, if y'all don't mind that we don't update as frequently, we'll consider that and let you know.
I'll miss your posts as well! I've appreciated all of your reviews and suggestions.
I definitely understand how demanding daily blogging can be; which is confounded by the endless task of finding places to blog about :) Your recent revelation along with something similar expressed by the Urbanophile a few weeks ago has me thinking about the inevitability that I will eventually face with my blog down the road. I really enjoy WYA and read it on a daily basis and am in agreement with most of the readers here who would not like to see it end completely; perhaps a monthly overview of your guys' adventures on a monthly basis? Thanks for the great posts!
I love all the vicarious exploration of Indy & surrounding areas I've gotten to do! I also vote for less frequent posts rather than an outright halt!
Yeah, don't go! I just had a very happy birthday meal at Bosphorus because of your recommendation. I was just thinking the other day though how busy you guys are, and how much time and money it must take to be constantly exploring for your blog. So I get it. But I also vote for sporadic posts over an "inevitable end." You won't have to feel obligated and we'll all be really excited whenever you do post.
Well, it's settled then- in August we'll just not post as frequently. Molly, we can't tell you how rewarding it is to get comments like yours. We always hope that we encourage people to try the places that we love and that they love them too. Thanks so much to everyone for the feedback. We're glad that you don't mind more sporadic posts.
Great!! I'm glad you guys will still be part-timing it!! I enjoy your blog very much!!
Thanks Sarah A.T.J.- we appreciate all of the comments.
Just some unsolicited advice, but 2 posts a week seems to work for my blog.
I appreciate your consistency, but I can understand wanting to pull back a bit. You've hit on a great, unique niche. Not everyone can say the same for their blog.
I just wanted to thank you for all of your awesome posts...I would have never known about a lot of the hidden treasures of Indiana had it not been for your blog. Just recently, I checked out Steam Cliff Herb farm in Commiskey. The scenic drive was so beautiful that I could literally feel my blood pressure LOWER a few points! Wonderfully calming experience and the food in the cafe was delicious too. Thanks again! Anne
Oh thanks Another Anne, we appreciate your kind words. We're so glad that you liked Stream Cliff farm- we really did too.
I understand too well the need to balance your "real life" with a blog. It is especially true if blogging is a pure hobby and you often have to focus on the stuff that pays the bills. Having come off a six week layoff for that reason, it's hard, especially when you don't want to post half-heartedly.
I am also in the process of trying to get people who care about Indiana wine to contribute to my blog. If you wish to, let me know!
