In Praise of Peanut Butter & Co.

Years ago, we saw Peanut Butter & Co. featured on a Food Network show so, when we first went to New York City, we found the restaurant and enjoyed the Elvis sandwich and the Peanut Butter Sampler. Since then, we have luckily been able to find many of their peanut butter flavors at Kroger. During our most recent trip to New York, we popped back in once we found out that they have a new flavor- maple! We aren't sure if it is at the local Indianapolis area Kroger yet but, if you like maple, it is a must try. You can always order it off of their website. We do frequently get the Cinnamon Raisin Swirl at Kroger and chocolate fans will definitely want to seek out Dark Chocolate Dreams and/or White Chocolate Wonderful. These are all wonderful spread on fruit. If you want to stick to the more savory end of the spectrum, The Heat is On with chili powder, cayenne, and crushed red peppers is perfect for an easy satay sauce. As if that weren't enough, they are all natural with no hydrogenated oils or high-fructose corn syrup!
